You may NOT upload:

• ✕Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance
• ✕Malware, viruses, or malicious executables
• ✕Content that violates applicable laws
• ✕Content you do not have the right to distribute
• ✕Material intended to harass or harm others

No warranties

ImgyX is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or fitness for any particular purpose. Files may be removed without notice if they violate these terms.

Liability

ImgyX and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service, including loss of data, lost profits, or indirect damages.

Rate limits & abuse

We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access to any IP or client that abuses the service, including automated bulk uploads or DMCA-violating content.

Changes

These terms may change at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

DMCA / Takedowns

To report infringing content, contact us if you are the uploader, or contact us with the file URL and a description of the issue.
